Section 16 in The U.P. Co-Operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981
16. Interpretation.
- If any dispute arises at any time in regard to the interpretation of these rules, on their application, the matter shall be referred to the Registrar whose decision thereon shall be final.
