43. Delegation of powers.
- The Board may, by Statutes, delegate the powers exercisable by it under this Act or the Statutes made thereunder, to any authority, officer, Heads of colleges/divisions/ departments/institutions or units/offices subject to such conditions and restrictions as the Board may deem proper.
