38. Procedure and power at enquiries.
- Any authority having power to make an enquiry under this Act stall make the enquiry in the manner provided in the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Revenue Enquiries Act, 1893 ([Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the words 'Board of Revenue' by the Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 6 of 2001), w.e.f. the 20th February 2001.] Act V of 1893), and shall have all the powers which are or may be vested in the Revenue Officers by that Act and by the [Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Revenue Summonses Act, 1869 ([Tamil Nadu] [Substituted for the word 'Madras' by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1969 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws (Second Amendment) Order, 1969.] Act III of 1869).
