47. Proceedings & Minutes book of Anchalik Panchayat.
- The proceedings of every meeting shall be recorded in the minutes book immediately after the deliberations of the meeting and shall, after being read over by the presiding authority of the meeting, be signed by him. The action taken on the decision of the Anchalik Panchayat shall be reported at the next meeting of the Anchalik Panchayat. The minute's book shall not be taken outside the Anchalik Panchayat office under any circumstances. The Executive Officer shall be the custodian of the minute's book.
