Section 24 in Tamil Nadu Heritage Commission Act, 2012
24. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any member of the Commission or officer or other employee of the Commission or any person acting under the direction of the Government or of the Commission, in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation, order or direction made or issued under this Act.
