Section 366(1) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(1)In any case in which immovable property has deteriorated in value owing to the exercise of any power conferred by sections 170, 171, 172, 173, 191, 193, 194 and 265, the Corporation may offer to the owner of the property reasonable compensation.
