(4)Until such time the Regulatory Committee is constituted, the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education constituted under the provisions of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education Act 1994 (West Ben. Act XXXVII of 1994), will function as the Regulator for the UniversitY.
