Section 11A(1) in The Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Act, 1978
(1)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be appointed by [the Chancellor] [Sub-section (6A) was inserted, Gujarat 10 of 1982, Section 2, Schedule, Sr. No. 6 (3) (b) (w.r.e.f. 09-12-1981).] from amongst three persons recommended by the Vice-Chancellor.
