Section 14 in Rajasthan Urban Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2011
14. Grant of licence.
- A registered street vendor to whom a stall has been allotted in a vending zone shall be granted a licence and renewed from time to time by the municipality, in such manner, on payment of such fee, and subject to such terms and conditions, as may be specified by the Municipality.
