In exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 read with sections 45-ZA, 45-ZC, 45-ZE and 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), and after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
