Section 22(a) in West Bengal Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Rules, 1972
(a)Whether the applicant,(i)is a minor ; or(ii)is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; or(iii)is an undischarged insolvent ; or(iv)has been convicted (at any time during a period of five years immediately preceding the date of application) of an offence which, in the opinion of the State Government. involves moral turpitude ;
