Section 33(f) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(f)exercise overall supervisions over the financial and executive administration of the Panchayat Samiti and place before the Panchayat Samiti all question connected therewith which shall appear to him to require its orders and for this purpose may call for records of Panchayat Samiti; and
