22. Power to remove difficulty.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the purposes or provisions of this Act, as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
