                                                    ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.495 of 2012 pending on the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam on 24.11.2019 for the offences under Section 342, 307, 341, 326 & 109 of IPC. The learned counsel further submitted that the final report has not been acted upon by the Court below.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Nagapattinam to act upon the final report filed by the third respondent on 24.11.2017 in F.R.No.488 of 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
