571. Contents of orders appointing provisional Liquidator.
- The order appointing a Provisional Liquidator shall state the nature and description of any property of which possession is ordered to be taken and the duties of the Provisional Liquidator. Such order shall be in the prescribed form.Appointment and Duties of Official Liquidator
