Section 2(1)(b) in The Jatropha Seeds Grading and Marking Rules, 2011

(b)"authorised packer" means a person or a body of persons who has been granted a certificate of authorisation to grade and mark Jatropha seeds in accordance with the grade standards and procedure specified under these rules;
