Section 75(3) in The U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963
(3)The officer compounding the offence under sub-rule (1) shall maintain a register showing the following details:(a)Serial number (by financial year),(b)Name and address of the offender,(c)Date and details of offence.(d)Sum of compounding amount and date of its payment.(e)Signature of the officer with date and seal.
