Section 8(1) in The Mental Healthcare (State Mental Health Authority) Rules, 2018
(1)The Selection Committee constituted under rule 7 shall consider all applications received by the Department and scrutinize such applications which fulfill the requirements of section 46 and rules 4 and 5.
