Section 78 in The Karnataka State Universities Act, 2000
78. Act to prevail over other enactments.
- This Act and Statute or Regulation or Rules or Ordinance made thereunder shall in respect of any college in the University Area have effect not withstanding anything inconsistent there with contained in any other enactment with respect to matters enumerated in List II of the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India.
