Section 95(1) in Cuttack Development Authority (Planning and Building Standards) Regulations, 2001
(1)Every applicant or builder or owner shall submit a notice regarding his intention to commence the foundation work of the proposed multi-storeyed building to the Authority through the authorised technical person. The said notice shall be accompanied by the approved plan and should be in Form-IX.
