50. Charge-sheet.
(1)A charge sheet shall contain the whole of the issue or issues to be tried at one time and may contain more than one charge, if the charges are founded on the same facts or form part of a series of offences of same or similar character;Provided that a charge under sections 18, 19, 28 and 31 may be included in any charge sheet, notwithstanding that other charges in that charge sheet are not founded on the same facts or do not form part of a series of offences of the same or similar character.(2)Every charge sheet shall, as far as possible be prepared as per the specimen set out in appendix IV.
