1. Petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No 16/2018 was registered at Police Station Baharavanda Kalan, Sawai Madhopur for offence under Sections 341, 323, 336, 452, 302, 34 I.P.C.

3. No case for grant of bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. is made out, as the time was extended by the High Court in Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No.3517/2018 and Investigating Officer was afforded two months time to file charge-sheet. It is also important to note that the Investigating Officer had produced the (2 of 2) [CRLMB-9035/2018] charge-sheet before the concerned Court. Prior to 90 days but the same was returned in view of the order of the High Court.

4. This bail application is, accordingly, rejected.

5. Petitioners would be free to move fresh bail application before the concerned Court on merits.
