Section 65(1) in Sarva Haryana Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)Leave upto a period of six months at a time may be granted by way of maternity leave including in respect of post natal period or at the time of miscarriage or abortion or medical termination of pregnancy, so however, that not more than 12 months of such leave shall be available during the entire period of service of a female officer or employee.
