UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. Heard learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners and learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Respondent.
2. During the course of hearing, a join request was made by the learned Senior Advocates that their parties may be referred to mediation.
3. In view of the joint request made by the learned Senior Advocates appearing for the parties and with a view to explore the possibility of amicable settlement of disputes between them, we request Hon’ble Mr. Justice P.V. Reddi, Retired Judge of this Court to take up these cases and try to resolve the disputes, after hearing the parties and send a report to us to put a quietus to the issue.
4. Parties are directed to approach the learned Mediator at the earliest.
5. Learned AdvocatesonRecord appearing for the parties are directed to produce the Paper Books and other necessary documents before the learned Mediator.
6. Hon'ble Mr. Justice P.V. Reddi is at liberty to fix his fee for the purpose.
