The petitioner seeks appointment of an arbitrator to resolve the disputes arising between the parties out of an agreement dated 17.10.2008. Such request is not opposed by the respondent. By consensus, I request Shri C.K.Thakker, retired Judge of Supreme Court, to resolve the disputes arising between the petitioner and the respondent out of the said agreement.
