39. Return of documents : Section 25.
(1)Every document or record tendered by a party or any other person may, on application, be returned to such party or person after the disposal of appeal and where no appeal is filed, after the expiry of the period for appeal. No fees shall be charged for return of said documents or records.(2)The original deed of charge, the variation or mortgage in possession of the bank shall be returned to the agriculturist or his legal representatives after the bank's dues arc discharged in full.
