1.We have heard the learned advocates for the parties.
2. Let a copy of the report filed by the State be served on the learned advocates appearing for all the parties in the three writ petitions.
3. The learned advocate appearing for the Central Government submitted that a sum of Rs.3 crores has been transferred to the Centre of Excellence by the Central Government. In this regard, a report has been filed, copy of which has been handed over to the learned Advocate General. The report is taken on record.
