Section 1 in The Kaginele Development Authority Act, 2009
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Kaginele Development Authority Act, 2009.(2)It extends to the area of Kaginele and Bada Villages as defined in clause (c) of Section 2.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the Thirtieth day of June, 2005.
