Section 3(3) in Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009
(3)The Governing Body, the Board of Management, the Academic Council, the president, the Provost, the Registrar, the teachers, the Chief Finance and Accounts Officer and Such Other officers or members or authorities so long as they continue to hold such office or membership of the respective University mentioned in the Scheduled are hereby constitute a body corporate by the name of the respective University specified in the Schedule.
