Section 3(c) in Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions Prohibition of Capitation Fee Regulation of Admission Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence Act, 2007
(c)"capitation fees" means any amount by whatever name called whether in cash or in kind paid or collected or received directly or indirectly, in addition to the fees determined under this Act;
