Section 23(1)(b) in Tamil Nadu Lease-holds (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965

(b)all amounts deposited as aforesaid and remaining unpaid after the expiry of a period of six months from the date of disposal of the application under section 35 shall be withdrawn by the Tribunal and deposited in the District Court having jurisdiction over the leasehold.
