Section 11 in Gujarat Rural Debtors (Temporary Relief) Act, 1976
11. Repeal of Guj. Ord. No. 5 of 1975.- The Gujarat Rural Debtors (Temporary Relief) Ordinance, 1975 (Guj. Ord. No. 5 of 1975) is hereby repealed and the provisions of section 7 of the Bombay General Clauses Act, 1904 (Bom. I of 1904) shall apply to such repeal, as if that Ordinance were an enactment.
