Section 240 in The Himachal Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
240. Penalty for obstruction.
- Any person wilfully obstructing the municipality or any employee of the municipality or any person authorised by the municipality, in exercise of the powers conferred by this Act, shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.
