Heard Ms. Pritha Srikumar Iyer, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sandeep S. Ladda, learned counsel for the respondent.

In the course of hearing, it has been apprised by Digitally signed by MADHU BALA Date: 2016.11.30 16:26:58 IST Reason: the learned counsel for the petitioner that the principal amount which is payable by the respondent is approximately Rs.79,00,000/- (Rupees seventy nine lakh only). Learned 2 counsel for the respondent contends that he has a counter claim as the agreement was rescinded and the undertaking suffered loss because of certain violation of terms and conditions by the petitioner. Be that as it may, we have asked the learned counsel for the parties to obtain instructions to arrive at an amicable settlement. Be it noted, certain suggestions have been given. Learned counsel for the parties have understood them and undertake to remind us on the next date of hearing.
