(4)All regulations made by the Executive Council shall be submitted, as soon as may be, for approval, to the [visitor] [Substituted by Act 19 of 2011 w.e.f. 6.4.2011.] and to the General Council at its next meeting, and the General Council shall have power by a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two thirds of the members present, to cancel any regulation made by the Executive Council and such regulations shall from the date of such resolution cease to have effect.
