Section 165(a) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)a building worker handling cement or concrete -(i)wears close-fitting clothing, gloves, helmet or hard hat, safety goggles, proper foot wear and respirator or mask to protect him from danger in such handling;(ii)keeps as much of his body covered as is required to protect him from danger in such loading;(iii)takes all necessary precaution to keep cement and concrete away from his skin in such handling.
