DATED : 8 July 2025 PC.:-

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The Petitioner had challenged the "Insertion of Alert" by the Respondents in the ICEGATE system with respect to the Petitioner's Importer Exporter Code (IEC). Based on such instructions, the Petitioner's request for processing eligible duty drawback claims was not being considered.
3. Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Respondent now states that the instructions for alert have been revoked and accordingly, there is no longer any alert as against the Petitioner's IEC.
4. Accepting the above statement, the Petitioner's main relief in this petition stands worked out.
5. Since the Petitioner's eligible duty drawback claims were not being processed on account of the instructions of alert, the same will now have to be processed post the revocation of the alert instructions.
