Section 17 in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
17. Raising of funds from external sources.
- A self-supporting co-operative society may raise funds and other financial support by way of raising loan including guarantee from non-members, individuals, banks and other institutions on mutually agreed terms to such extent and subject to such conditions, as may be specified in its bye-laws.
