Section 33(b) in The Maharashtra Narcotic Drags and Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985
(b)convey opium or medicine containing opium otherwise than -(i)direct and in custody of a railway official up to the station at which the opium or medicine containing opium should leave the railway, and(ii)according to the route prescribed in such pass.
