CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA
                      ORAL ORDER

12 12-04-2018

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition against the order dated 28.05.1994 passed in Consolidation Revision No.3759 of 1989 by the Joint Director, Muzaffarpur.

On the face of it, it appears that there is a question of title which cannot be decided by the consolidation court. I do not find any illegality in the order.

Thus, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to seek relief in appropriate forum or the Civil Court having competent jurisdiction to decide the title.
