345. Application or petition by post.
- The officer incharge of a jail may forward an application or petition preented to him by a prisoner confined in the jail to the Court by post. Any other application or petition received by post shall be returned for presentation either in person or through an Advocate or where the prisoner is confined in a jail through the officer in-charge of the jail concerned.
