Section 13(1) in The Rajasthan Homoeopathic Medicine Act, 1969
(1)The Board may require the Chairman to furnish it with-(a)any return, statement, estimate, statistics or other information regarding any matter pertaining to the administration of the Board;(b)a report or explanation on any such matter; and(c)a copy of any record, correspondence, plan or other document which is in his possession or control as Chairman or which is recorded or filed in the office of any servant of the Board.
