26A. [ Non-applicability of this Part to the States of Meghalaya, Manipur and Tripura. [Inserted by Act No. 26 of 2012 section 87]
- On and from the date of commencement of the North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012, the provisions of sections 15 to 26 (both inclusive) shall not apply to the States of Meghalaya, Manipur and Tripura.]
