Section 37(1) in The East Punjab Children Act, 1949
(1)No report in any newspaper or news-sheets of any offence by or against a child shall disclose the name, address or school, or include any particulars calculated to lead to the identification of any child nor shall any picture be published as being or including a picture of any such child.
