(1)All fetters imposed on prisoners for safe custody shall be examined daily by a Head-warder and once a week by the Deputy Superintendent who shall notify the fact in his journal. The fetters of dangerous prisoners should be examined daily by the Deputy Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
