Section 52 in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Act, 1996
52. Conditions of service.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the appointment, procedure for selection, pay and allowances and other conditions of service of officers, teachers and other persons employed in the University shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes :Provided that in regard to the appointments in the University, the rules of reservation as applicable to the appointments in the services under the Government shall be followed.Explanation. - For the purpose of this section, the word "officers" shall not include the Chancellor and the Pro-Chancellor.
