Section 33(1) in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)Subject to the rules made under this Regulation, a Gram Panchayat may organise a force to be known as Village Volunteer Force consisting of able bodied persons residing in the Gram who are not below the age of 18 years and who are willing to join the force and place such force under the command of a suitable person.
