(2)A register of such members of panel of the Assistants shall be maintained by the Committee. A member of this panel may be requested to assist the applicant in collection of information, procurement, preparation of documents and assessing the credibility of witnesses or collecting such other information as may be necessary for preparing the case of the applicant or for prosecution of applicant's case or defence of applicant's case.
