Section 52(2) in The Delhi Development Authority Act, 1957
(2)[] [Inserted by Act 56 of 1963, w.e.f. 30.12.1963.] The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the power to make rules, may also be exercised by such officer as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
