(v)Recovery will be made by deducting monthly instalments equal to one twenty-fourth part of the advances from the pay-bill of the officer concerned except in case of temporary Government servants in whose case the recovery should be made in not more than 12 monthly instalments. Recovery will commence from the first issue of pay after the advance is drawn.
